SAC1Pay Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 2026 | SableAssent Coin Corporation

1. Who We Are

SAC1Pay is a product of SableAssent Coin Corporation ("SableAssent," "we," "us"), a Wyoming LLC. SAC1Pay is a self-custodial digital wallet application that allows you to hold, send, receive, and acquire the SAC1 token.

2. Regulatory Status

SableAssent Coin Corporation is registered with the U.S. Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) as a Money Services Business (MSB). We maintain an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance program consistent with the Bank Secrecy Act, including customer identity verification (KYC) and transaction monitoring.

3. Self-Custodial Wallet — No Custody of Your Assets

SAC1Pay is non-custodial. You control your own wallet through an embedded signer (via Privy) that authorizes a smart contract wallet (Gnosis Safe) in your name. SableAssent does not hold your private keys, and cannot access, freeze, or move your SAC1 or other digital assets without your authorization. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and wallet access.

4. Payment Processing

Fiat currency purchases of SAC1 are processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe and PayPal. SableAssent does not directly hold your payment card or bank information; these are processed and, where applicable, tokenized by our payment partners. SableAssent does not act as your bank or as a custodian of fiat funds held with these processors.

5. KYC and Identity Verification

Certain features (including fiat purchases and higher transaction limits) require identity verification through our provider, Persona. This is required to comply with our AML/BSA obligations as a registered MSB.

6. Risk Disclosure

SAC1 is a digital asset. Its value may be volatile, and you may lose some or all of the value you convert into or hold as SAC1. SAC1Pay does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for evaluating the risks of digital asset ownership before using this app.

7. Data Retention

We retain KYC verification records, AML screening results, and transaction records for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required under federal AML/BSA regulations, even after an account deletion request is approved.

8. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at sac1pay.com/delete-account. Legally required compliance records will be retained per Section 7 above even after your account is deleted.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising under these Terms are subject to binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Wyoming. This is distinct from the SAC1 Governance Membership Terms, which are governed separately under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules (Wyoming).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SAC1Pay after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
