Important: Records Retention Notice
SableAssent / SAC1 Pay operates as a FinCEN-registered money services business (MSB). Under federal anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), SableAssent is legally required to retain certain records — including KYC verification data, AML screening results, and transaction records — for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the last transaction, even after your account deletion request is approved and processed.
Submitting this request begins the deletion review process for your active account, wallet access, and profile data. However, legally retained records will be preserved in secure, access-controlled compliance storage and may be disclosed to regulators or law enforcement pursuant to lawful requests. By submitting this request, you acknowledge and consent to this retention requirement.
